• Build a friendly and professional relationship with clients; • Align expectations with clients in your portfolio, identify opportunities and demonstrate results (QBR); • Identify and create business and expansion opportunities; • Responsible for the strategy and client service aimed at achieving a high NPS (and related follow-ups). Therefore, maintain excellent service and continuously improve your knowledge during client interactions to maximize customer value; • Develop strategic initiatives to drive engagement for the client portfolio under your responsibility; • Build a strong relationship with each client and work to maintain healthy contracts, opening possibilities for expansion; • Monitor, address, and reverse churn; • Retain customers through friendly and productive relationships;
• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Law, Public Administration, or related fields; • Strong logical reasoning and aptitude for analyzing data/information; • Organized to ensure quality in deliverables; • Experience in customer service within Customer Success; • Professional demeanor to build credibility with diverse client profiles; • Resilience to handle pressure, client pushback, and multiple demands; • Strong communication skills to be clear and assertive; • Experience and solid knowledge of bidding/procurement processes;
