📋 Description

• Coordinate and support two or more development squads, ensuring team productivity, well-being, and growth. • Keep squads focused on strategic priorities by limiting multitasking and preventing diversion into initiatives outside the agreed direction. • Act as a facilitator between strategy and execution, translating objectives into feasible initiatives aligned with team capacity. • Ensure delivery predictability by tracking planned versus actual results and acting quickly on deviations. • Lead relationships between squads and partner functions, including Product, Customer Success, Support, Sales, Marketing, and others. • Support backlog organization and prioritization with Product, ensuring clarity, technical feasibility, and alignment with capacity. • Proactively remove critical technical, organizational, and external impediments, ensuring a smooth development flow. • Monitor operational KPIs and continuously improve squad performance. • Conduct individual and team follow-ups, including 1:1s, feedback, and career development. • Manage team operations, including capacity, workflow, rituals, and delivery tracking. • Lead alignment meetings with technical and product leadership. • Manage delivery progress, ensuring transparency for stakeholders. • Create and maintain squad performance dashboards, providing operational visibility. • Promote the practical use of Artificial Intelligence within squads to drive productivity, quality, and shorter delivery times, while tracking its impact on deliveries. • At Effecti, work for a company that develops solutions to simplify processes and improve the experience of companies that supply goods and services to the government.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. • Experience managing projects for digital products. • Previous experience leading development teams as a Tech Lead, Squad Leader, Agile Master, or in a similar role. • Experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and flow management, including Lean and efficiency and effectiveness metrics. • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms. • Ability to ensure focus, prioritization, and work organization in environments with multiple demands. • Experience in dynamic environments involving frequent changes and the need for rapid decision-making. • Ability to operate under pressure while balancing quality, speed, and business alignment. • Ability to connect technical decisions with customer impact and business results. • Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret metrics and make data-driven decisions. • Practical experience using Artificial Intelligence in day-to-day leadership, leveraging AI to support decision-making, work organization, communication, and delivery productivity. • Experience with systems involving external integrations, APIs, or high operational variability is a plus. • Previous software development experience is a plus.
