⢠Maintain the EA Funds grant database in Airtable ⢠Read, categorize, and triage incoming grant applications ⢠Fulfill various requests during the grantmaking process ⢠Run ad-hoc analyses to support decisions ⢠Monitor and manage the EA Funds inbox ⢠Draft Forum posts, memos, presentations, and other external materials ⢠Support donor communication and relationships ⢠Break vague goals into concrete steps and track commitments ⢠Proactively identify ways to improve team productivity ⢠Prepare materials for key meetings and manage logistics
đŻ Requirements
⢠Strong writing skills, especially for professional correspondence and donor-facing materials ⢠Highly organized and proactive, able to manage multiple workstreams ⢠Familiarity with Airtable or ability to learn quickly ⢠Strong user of AI tools ⢠Analytical ability to pull together data and present it clearly ⢠Familiar with effective altruism and motivated to support EA Funds' mission ⢠Discretion and maturity in handling sensitive information about donors and grants
