• Technical skills in SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub, SuccessFactors Job Profile Builder, SuccessFactors Career Development Planning • Strong experience integrating Skills and Job Architecture frameworks across SuccessFactors • Experienced in JDM-to-JPB & TIH migrations • Stakeholder and workshop facilitation skills • Client-facing communication and presentation skills • Knowledge of Talent Management processes and best practices • Understanding of Skills-Based Organization concepts • Comprehension of Job Architecture principles and career frameworks
