📋 Description

• Work 100% on one key pharmaceutical client • Manage and/or support multiple pharmaceutical events from briefing through delivery and closure • Handle attendee management, logistics, production coordination and reporting • Ensure compliance with client procedures, healthcare regulations and approval workflows throughout the project lifecycle • Act as a key contact for client stakeholders, suppliers and internal teams • Manage timelines, budgets, risks and project documentation • Collaborate with Delegate Managers, Travel Specialists and Production teams • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices • Identify more efficient ways of working

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of event project management experience within the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry • End-to-end attendee management and event delivery experience • Previous experience working within an event agency environment • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and healthcare regulations, client processes and compliance requirements • Excellent organisational, negotiation and problem-solving skills • Proactive communication style and strong attention to detail • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 • Strong hands-on experience with Cvent, including website development, attendee management and budgeting • Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish, written and spoken • Availability to travel regularly
