📋 Description

• Coordinate and deliver multiple pharmaceutical and healthcare events from briefing to execution, including attendee management, logistics and on-site support • Support the implementation of client event processes, compliance requirements and operational standards across all project phases • Manage day-to-day communication with clients, suppliers and attendees to ensure smooth event delivery and a high-quality participant experience • Handle timelines, registrations, budgets, reporting and Cvent-related tasks with strong attention to detail and accuracy • Work closely with teammates across different projects, proactively solving issues and supporting the overall success of the team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of event project management experience within the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry, including end-to-end attendee management and event delivery • Previous experience working in an event agency environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and healthcare regulations, processes and compliance requirements • Excellent organisational, negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a proactive communication style and strong attention to detail • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong hands-on experience with Cvent, including website development, attendee management, RFPs and budgeting • Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish, written and spoken • Based in Madrid and available to travel regularly
