📋 Description

• Work exclusively for a major pharmaceutical client • Successfully deliver projects and events from planning through completion • Collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and suppliers • Coordinate timelines, budgets, resources, and project activities • Ensure deadlines are met • Support and comply with client standards, processes, and regulatory requirements in the healthcare sector • Identify potential challenges at an early stage, propose solutions, and escalate issues when necessary • Contribute to knowledge sharing and the continuous improvement of processes and ways of working

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of experience in event project management within an event agency, ideally serving clients in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare sectors • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies • Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously • Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance guidelines in healthcare, or the ability to quickly learn these topics • Experience working with international teams, clients, and a range of stakeholders • Good knowledge of attendee management tools, ideally Cvent • Excellent organizational skills • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken • Experience independently leading smaller projects • Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry • Interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies
