📋 Description

• Lead the integration, harmonization, and business transition of the surgical suture portfolio within the Janus program • Apply analytics to support portfolio decisions, customer migration, SKU rationalization, and product phase-in and phase-out planning • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Customer Service, Sales, Regulatory Affairs, and the Janus Portfolio Team • Proactively manage inventory risks, lifecycle decisions, and transition timelines to minimize inventory write-offs • Ensure customer supply, revenue protection, and business performance throughout the portfolio transition • Develop, operate, and execute reporting and analytics processes to support decision-making and address customer inquiries

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, equivalent commercial training, or relevant industry experience • Strong knowledge of analytics, project management, portfolio integration, commercial operations, supply chain, and inventory management • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional transformation programs in a matrix organization • Experience with Excel, Power BI, Qlik Sense, ERP systems, dashboards, scenario modeling, and performance monitoring • Experience in the medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industry is preferred • Experience or extensive knowledge of surgical sutures, wound closure products, product substitution, and portfolio harmonization is highly desirable • Fluency in written and spoken German and English is essential • French language skills are a strong advantage • Excellent MS Office skills, including the ability to manage large data files, are essential • Highly self-motivated, structured, organized, accountable, and reliable • Positive can-do attitude with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail • Commercially minded, with an entrepreneurial approach and an understanding of revenue, margin, profit, costs, and business priorities • Target-oriented, focused, motivated, optimistic, and professional approach to work
