âą Significant commercial leadership experience within an event, experiential agency environment âą Proven success driving international business growth through data-informed commercial decision-making âą Experience leading and developing high-performing commercial teams âą Strong understanding of pipeline management, agency economics, forecasting, commercial performance and KPI-driven growth âą Experience managing international and remote teams âą Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when needed âą Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills âą Fluent English communication skills and at least a good level of French
