📋 Description

• Assist the QA Team in executing various quality assurance administrative tasks • Maintain and update records, ensuring all documents and certifications remain current for customers and partners • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather required documentation and upload it to relevant portals • Make follow-up phone calls to customers and collaborate with the US team to verify information and facilitate documentation collection • Support the process for annual certifications such as Organic and UEP • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the QA team • Check and maintain all COAs sent via email

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficient in Excel • Excellent follow up skills • Previous experience in GFSI/SQF Audit and Food Safety certifications (nice-to-have) • Knowledge of Organic certification process (nice-to-have) • Degree in Food Science or Biology (nice-to-have) • Knowledge of HACCP (nice-to-have)
