📋 Description

• Manage and maintain multiple company WordPress websites, including pages, blogs, landing pages, forms, images, plugins, and other website functionality • Make basic HTML/CSS edits, troubleshoot website issues, and coordinate with developers or vendors when needed • Test website updates and ensure content, links, forms, and layouts function properly across desktop and mobile • Implement on-page and technical SEO improvements, including keyword research, metadata, headings, URLs, image optimization, and internal linking • Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and similar tools, and identify opportunities to improve traffic and engagement • Support landing pages, email campaigns, digital content, and other online marketing initiatives • Manage marketing inboxes, calendars, project trackers, deadlines, and follow-ups • Support Salesloft, CRM, newsletters, lead management, social media, events, and vendor coordination • Create and edit presentations, Canva graphics, reports, and other marketing materials • Use ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and other AI tools for research, content, SEO, and productivity • Review, fact-check, edit, and improve all AI-generated content before publication or use • Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date websites, marketing files, project information, and digital assets • Review work for accuracy, functionality, grammar, and brand consistency • Take ownership of assignments, meet deadlines, and proactively identify issues and opportunities for improvement • Protect confidential company, customer, lead, vendor, and website information • Maintain accurate, functional, and up-to-date company websites • Complete WordPress and digital updates accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision • Proactively identify website, SEO, content, and digital issues • Test and review work before publication • Maintain organized website and marketing documentation • Identify opportunities to improve website performance, SEO, and user experience

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on WordPress experience managing, updating, or maintaining live websites • Experience managing multiple websites or websites for multiple brands is strongly preferred • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS and basic web troubleshooting • Experience with WordPress page builders, plugins, forms, menus, media, and website content • Practical understanding of SEO and on-page optimization • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar tools • Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and follow-through • Ability to manage website and digital projects independently • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot • Ability to work Pacific Time business hours • Reliable internet connection and suitable remote working environment • Experience with Elementor, Divi, Gutenberg, or similar WordPress page builders is preferred • Experience with SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, or Moz is preferred • Knowledge of JavaScript or other web development technologies is preferred • Experience with responsive design, mobile optimization, or technical SEO is preferred • Experience with Salesloft, HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, or other CRM platforms is preferred • Experience with email marketing, marketing automation, digital advertising, or lead generation is preferred • Experience coordinating with developers, agencies, or digital vendors is preferred • Updated resume required • Portfolio, personal website, GitHub, or examples of relevant work required • Examples of WordPress websites built, managed, maintained, or significantly modified required • Examples of SEO, landing pages, digital campaigns, or other relevant digital marketing work required • Brief explanation of hands-on experience with WordPress, HTML/CSS, website management, SEO, and analytics required • Brief description of a website project personally managed from start to completion required
