📋 Description

• Participate in the development, implementation and evolution of the contractual strategy associated with the project management (maîtrise d’œuvre) contract • Contribute to, coordinate and propose directions for evolving contractual strategies • Support pre-litigation situations in coordination with the Legal Department • Be attentive, communicate effectively and maintain strong interpersonal skills • Support, supervise and lead a team of 4 to 10 people • Develop the skills of team members • Provide day-to-day contractual support to operational teams • Take part in and coordinate routine contractual activities • Conduct lessons learned at the various stages of contractual management

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree (engineering school) or a Bac+5 equivalent in law, business school or public affairs (e.g., IEP) • At least 15 years’ experience in the rail or infrastructure sector • Proven track record in managing claims for public and private contracts in France • Experience with FIDIC contracts is a plus • Rigorous and analytical mindset • Strong negotiation skills • Curiosity and ambition in developing your team • Enjoys collaborative work
