📋 Description

• Manage day to day interactions with executive clients. • Manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology, process, and creative business solutions for large organizations. • Responsibilities include, among others, managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures. • Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; lead aspects of the proposal development process; development of proposal pricing strategies. • Act as the primary liaison between Immersion and Government Personnel. Oversee all aspects of TAC operations, including staffing, training, quality assurance, and customer service. • Develop and implement a Project Management Plan (PMP), Quality Management Plan (QMP), and Concept of Operations (CONOPS). • Ensure all TAC services meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor performance metrics. • Coordinate and participate in conferences, quarterly reviews, and “hot wash” meetings. • Manage risk, resolve escalated issues, and ensure timely communication with Government stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of PM experience overseeing government contracts, preferably within DoD or federal travel systems • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. Experience may substitute education requirements. • Familiarity with DoD travel systems, policies, and regulations • Ability to manage high-volume, multi-tiered customer service operations • Knowledge of Defense Travel System (DTS), TraX, Joint Travel Regulations (JTR), Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC) programs, and DoD Travel Policies.
