âą As part of the Sales team within the Systems Division, you lead complex and strategic bids as full projects. âą You mobilize technical, commercial and contractual expertise to design distinctive, coherent and competitive proposals. âą You are involved in the entire tender response cycle, from GO/NOGO to contract signature. âą Analysis and scoping âą Review of the specifications and understanding of client requirements âą Identification of challenges, risks, value levers and differentiating factors âą Assessment of technical, contractual, organizational and financial feasibility âą Structuring and coordination âą Definition of the response plan: deliverables, milestones, schedule and resources âą Facilitation of multidisciplinary teams âą Smooth coordination of internal and external communications âą Proposal design âą Oversight of the technical solution and project organization âą Writing and structuring the technical response âą Ensuring overall consistency between technical, commercial, risk and contractual commitments âą Costing and commercial strategy âą Monitoring offer production costs and defining the sale price âą Margin analysis and contribution to negotiation strategy âą Differentiated positioning aligned with client expectations and the market âą Quality and performance âą Ensuring the quality of the response, in substance and form âą Implementing management tools and capturing lessons learned
âą You hold an engineering degree and have at least 2 yearsâ experience in responding to tenders/bids. âą Additional experience in project management or systems applied to transportation is an advantage. âą You have demonstrated the ability to work in project teams and across functions in complex environments. âą With strong analytical and synthesis skills, you have excellent written communication skills. âą You possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to bring people together. âą Your rigor, sense of priorities and autonomy enable you to meet bid strategy and commercial dynamics. âą You have professional working proficiency in English.
