📋 Description
• Deliver OCM engagements as a hands-on consultant • Coach client senior leaders, project teams, and champion groups on effective change strategies • Plan and produce OCM deliverables across core levers • Approve and monitor team’s time, ensure adequate rest and maintain work/life balance
🎯 Requirements
• Demonstrated proficiency in organizational change management delivery • Strong command of OCM principles, methodologies, and tools • Experience driving end-user adoption within Microsoft ecosystems (Teams, SharePoint, Office, Copilot) • Ability to manage ambiguity, apply critical thinking, and influence stakeholders at all levels • Exceptional active listening, written, and verbal communication skills • People-management experience
