📋 Description

• Operate a 24/7 high-available VoIP infrastructure • Overview the whole architecture and optimize it further • Plan and install new VoIP services or keep them up to date • Ensure impeccable call quality and performance with state-of-the-art monitoring software • Monitor and coordinate with upstream carriers • Support software developers and AI-Teams with VoIP know-how in further software development

🎯 Requirements

• Good experience in the VoIP field, especially with FreeSWITCH or Kamailio; experience with Asterisk is a plus • Good understanding of VoIP protocols and architectures, and ability to read SIP traces (SIP, RTP, WebRTC, RTCP…) • Comfortable with Linux and database queries • Able to work independently and effectively, co-coordinate tasks and responsibilities • Recognize opportunities for seamless improvements, driven to implement them into a modern infrastructure • Over 5 years of demonstrated experience in the field of Information Technology
