• Manage projects from customer purchase order through completion, overseeing all phases including design, construction, and deployment • Drive projects to meet the full range of customer contractual requirements • Work effectively across the organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project momentum • Own the project Management of Change (MoC) and Request for Information (RFI) processes • Manage detailed project schedules and coordinate key milestones related to engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning • Track project budgets and analyze risks to inform decision-making and tradeoffs • Communicate project updates, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders • Analyze and evaluate complex project challenges, developing creative solutions that minimize impacts to project timelines and costs • Conduct regular fabricator visits during the fabrication phase and site visits during construction and commissioning to assess progress and work with responsible teams to resolve issues • Onboard and manage external resources to support project management objectives
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or another technical field • 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager • Experience leading plant projects in petrochemical refining, renewable energy assets, gas processing, or power systems through the full project lifecycle • Experience serving as the primary customer point of contact for major equipment or plant projects • Understanding of EU project execution requirements and best practices • Fluent in English • Spanish fluency preferred • Experience executing projects in Spain preferred • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time during key project phases
