📋 Description
• Supporting the design and coordination of cutting-edge data center projects across the U.S. • Modeling, designing power distribution, security, and life systems, standby generators and UPS systems • Performing calculations and preparing technical documentation • Ensuring design accuracy using advanced BIM and electrical engineering tools • Collaborating closely with other disciplines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Contributing to the full project lifecycle from schematic design through execution • Developing a thorough understanding and delivery of the project requirements as they relate to scope, cost, and schedule • Determining and expediting the engineering deliverables for projects • Designing electrical systems, including power distribution systems, UPS systems, standby generator systems, and security and life systems • Preparing engineering calculations, schematic designs, and detailed designs • Reviewing shop drawings • Producing models and drawings in various BIM software and CAD modeling tools
🎯 Requirements
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering • Proven expertise as an electrical engineer • Written and spoken English B1 and higher • Experience in electrical design for industrial, residential, and commercial sectors, in medium voltage and low voltage distribution, lighting, grounding, and lightning protection • Experience in various electrical modeling software • Hands-on experience using tools and software such as Revit, Autodesk, AutoCAD, ETAP, SKM Power tools, Dialux • Experience in working on projects in a multidisciplinary environment • Deep knowledge of electrical manufacturing processes • Understanding of electrical engineering codes and safety standards • Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Ability to multitask and prioritize accordingly while meeting project deadlines • Self-starters who are ambitious and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner • Excellent communication skills.
