📋 Description

• Provide direct support to the HR Manager in daily operations, helping manage workload and ensure smooth execution of tasks. • Act as a first point of contact for employees, handling routine questions on benefits, policies, and HR processes, and escalating when needed. • Support core HR processes, including time-off administration, employee lifecycle activities, and HR documentation. • Assist with coordination of performance reviews, scheduling, tracking progress, and sending reminders. • Help organize and follow up on HR priorities, ensuring tasks and deadlines are effectively managed. • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data. • Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communication. • Assist with payroll and benefits administration, particularly for US-based employees. • Collaborate with international teams and support HR reporting and administrative tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar HR support role. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Package. • English proficiency: C1 level or higher (required) , with strong written and verbal communication skills. • Experience working with US-based HR processes is beneficial. • Basic experience with HR reporting and data tracking. • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with international, cross-cultural teams, including US stakeholders. • Capable of explaining HR policies and processes in a simple, supportive manner, with a high level of responsiveness and organization.
