📋 Description
• Provide Fractional CFO and Bookkeeping services for fast-growing eCommerce Brands and Agencies in Canada, US and UK. • Work with financial modeling, risk management, US/Canadian GAAP, financing, audit, investor relations, and more. • Specialize and grow into future roles in a small but fast-growing company. • Work-life balance: flexible hours, early sign-off Fridays. • Work across Netsuite, Shopify, Quickbooks Online, Xero, Hubdoc, Dext, Google Sheets/Docs, Glew.io, Amazon Seller/Vendor, Rippling, Gusto, Bill.com. • Follow client timezone requirement: 10am-6pm EST with some flexibility. • Organize financial transactions, reconciliations, data entry, invoice/bill tracking, payroll submission, and resolve minor customer/vendor issues.
🎯 Requirements
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. • 1-2 years of experience in accounting is preferred but not mandatory. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Proficiency in data entry and basic accounting software. • Excellent communication skills.
