📋 Description

• At einhundert we accelerate the energy transition in multi-family buildings — with tenant electricity, smart metering and digital energy data management. • To ensure our smart meter projects — from installation through ongoing operation — run smoothly, we are looking for you as Project Manager (m/f/d) Smart Meter. • In this role you will be responsible for complex projects in the field of intelligent metering systems (Smart Meter). • You will ensure a stable rollout of the smart meter infrastructure in our tenant electricity models and apply your experience to further professionalize team processes and workflows. • Ensure the operational readiness of our metering systems to guarantee smooth consumption billing — including monitoring and fault resolution. • Coordinate our internal teams and external partner companies efficiently and ensure schedules, budgets and quality objectives are met. • Be responsible for the correctness and currency of customer installation data regarding the metering points after project completion. • Resolve issues largely independently and proactively. • Support the assessment and improvement of existing processes and operating models. • Perform your tasks autonomously and provide occasional support to junior project managers.

🎯 Requirements

• You have initial experience with Smart Meter hardware and rollouts and understand the requirements to bring hardware safely and functionally into the field. • You routinely manage collaboration with partner companies and stakeholders with clear goal orientation, even when facing resistance during project execution. • You enjoy taking ownership of topics, process optimization and teamwork. • You are able to run multiple projects in parallel (multi-tasking). • You are tolerant of dynamics, uncertainties and change. • You maintain a collaborative attitude toward colleagues.
