📋 Description

• Provide leadership and coordination for EIT Health’s engagement with EIT Health members and EU Member State ecosystems within the Central region • Develop and maintain a strong overview of the region’s health innovation landscape • Identify, analyze and report regional opportunities and challenges • Ensure that health innovation mechanisms, priorities and support within the region are understood and incorporated into EIT Health planning and programme offerings • Enable collaboration between EIT Health and regional members and ecosystem stakeholders • Identify and negotiate opportunities for enhanced EIT Health participation in regionally led activities • Act as a senior EIT Health representative in the region, providing leadership and line management for assigned team members • Identify and report relevant regional impact for dissemination through EIT Health communication channels

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years of management experience • Proven experience managing stakeholders at a senior level • Demonstrated extensive network of contacts within the health innovation ecosystem • Proven experience in Business Development / Membership Recruitment and Key Account Management, ideally within a membership organisation • Strong understanding of, and experience in, at least one relevant member state health innovation ecosystem, preferably Germany, Austria or the Netherlands • Knowledge of public funding opportunities at regional and EU levels • Strong understanding of the innovation process in health • Ability to identify and activate synergies and opportunities aligned with EIT Health’s needs
