• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize customer acquisition efforts across Native ads platforms to maximize revenue and reach growth targets. • Manage high-scale budgets and large-scale paid customer acquisition campaigns. • Analyze large sets of data to drive business insights and action items. • Initiate and implement improvements and creative solutions to increase campaigns activity, including ad-copy & landing page optimization, bidding strategies, and targeting. • Develop and maintain a monthly media plan across all campaigns. • Proactively optimize purchased media through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and targeting. • Leverage analytics tools to optimize the performance of marketing campaigns.
• 4+ years of experience with performance marketing campaigns on Native ad platforms Taboola/outbrain/revcontent etc. • Experience with an e-commerce/online retail company or other B2C related performance marketing activities • Excellent analytical skills, experience working with large sets of data and numbers. • Expertise in google web and conversion tracking setup and understanding how attribution impacts campaign performance • Experience managing large budgets of at least $200,000/month • Fluent English. • Creative mind with the ability to understand and guide the design team on creative trends and data as well as experience writing and ideating landing pages • A self-starter with strong multi-tasking abilities and close attention to detail. • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in marketing, business, or other related fields- an advantage.
