• Run TD's full marketing operation — website, SEO, organic/paid social, content, email, event promotion, and performance reporting • Hands-on work shaping copy, shipping campaigns, building landing pages, and analyzing data • Partner with coaching and operations teams to fill events, generate leads, and grow the brand • Manage TD's website, landing pages, keyword research, on-page optimization; monitor GSC and GA4 • Manage Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn; engage the I Love Dentistry FB group • Run and optimize Meta ad campaigns; manage monthly ad budget; test creative • Outline articles, create lead magnets, produce event recap PDFs and infographics • Manage segmentation, scheduling, automations; report on performance • Maintain marketing dashboard; deliver weekly/monthly reports • Research new lead gen strategies; optimize landing pages, CTAs, and booking flow
• 2+ years in digital marketing (coaching, consulting, or healthcare-adjacent a plus) • Degree/diploma in marketing or related field; CIM/SLIM progress an advantage • Proven paid social, SEO, and email marketing experience • Strong copywriting; familiar with Canva and Google Workspace • Meta and Google Ads experience highly preferred • Self-directed, detail-oriented, results-driven, coachable • Dental industry knowledge is a plus, not a requirement
