📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality, skill-specific baseball instruction primarily at camps and clinics across Philadelphia's parks and fields. • Build lasting relationships with athletes, their families, and coaches, enhancing our strong community ties. • Provide tailored coaching that suits the age and skill level of each athlete in a dynamic camp or clinic environment. • Work alongside other skilled instructors, sharing knowledge and techniques to enhance the quality of our programs. • Play a crucial role in the setup, execution, and breakdown of our engaging baseball training events.

🎯 Requirements

• Has played and/or coached baseball at the collegiate and/or professional levels. • Boasts strong organizational, planning, and communication skills. • Can follow and adapt instructional plans and station rotations for various ages and abilities. • Is capable of adjusting instructional strategies to meet the needs of athletes as required. • Is willing to travel frequently within the Philadelphia metro area to support camps, clinics, and special events. • Maintains a supportive and encouraging mindset and attitude towards both colleagues and clients. • Is adept at learning and utilizing new technologies to enhance instruction and athlete experience. • Is prepared for frequent local travel to run programs in surrounding communities.
