📋 Description

• Our team is committed to enhancing physician and patient quality of life through Elation, a SaaS cloud-based clinical platform. • We’ve built a product that users love, and we plan to keep it that way by continuing to empathize with users and help them overcome their most significant challenges. • Designing at Elation is humbling, challenging, and rewarding. • Our users do work that affects human lives, and our tools can make or break that work. • We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our mission of designing the right tools and experiences for our users. • As a Senior Product Designer, you will own the entire design process for complex, ambiguous problems within a specific product domain. • You will be responsible for not only delivering high-quality features but also for shaping the strategic direction of your domain and ensuring your team is focused on solving the right user problems. • Deeply understand our users—their problems, workflows, and jobs-to-be-done—to ensure we are always solving for the right thing. • Own and lead the design process from discovery to delivery, making key decisions on solution direction and details. • Drive the strategic direction of your domain in partnership with Product and Engineering, forecasting the impact of your solutions on users. • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a clear, consistent, and high-quality user experience. • Define and own the user satisfaction and usability metrics for your solutions, ensuring the team is aligned on how to measure success. • Act as a leader on the design team by mentoring other designers, leading design critiques, and driving initiatives that improve our culture, tools, and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing and shipping complex, web-based products in a cross-functional team. • A strong online portfolio demonstrating your ability to navigate ambiguous problem spaces, from research and strategy through to polished, human-centered user experiences. Your portfolio should showcase your strengths in UX, UI, and visual design. • Proven experience in leading and executing a variety of user research methods. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of building strong partnerships with Product and Engineering. • Proficiency in modern design tools like Figma. • Experience in designing for complex workflows is a must; experience in healthcare or with AI-powered experiences is a strong plus.
