📋 Description

• Triage and qualification of tickets: Receive, understand, classify and document requests from clients and internal departments, ensuring the issue is fully understood before progressing; • Technical feasibility analysis: Assess the complexity and technical feasibility of proposed solutions, collaborating with the development team to validate constraints and opportunities; • Market research and benchmarking: Conduct studies of competing solutions, interview customers and map trends to inform scoping decisions; • Preparation of functional and technical scopes: Document business requirements, user flows, business rules and technical specifications in a clear format for the development team; • Consolidation and validation of requirements: Review scopes before handing them to development, ensuring consistency between business vision and technical feasibility; • Client meetings: Lead discovery sessions when tickets are ambiguous, capturing context and technical needs; • Support for executive communications: Assist in collecting status data and preparing materials and presentations for product committees.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in technology or a related field • Understand concepts of architecture, databases, APIs and the development lifecycle • Familiarity with Scrum/Kanban and iterative processes • Requirements writing: Ability to write user stories, use cases and functional specifications • Digital product analysis: Understand user flows, basic UX/UI and how digital products operate • Ability to create and structure clear, traceable documentation • Experience in SaaS or legal tech software (desired) • Figma, Adobe XD or similar tools to validate concepts visually (desired) • Basic SQL: Ability to query data to validate requirements or understand limitations (desired) • Ability to manage expectations and communicate trade-offs assertively (desired) • Knowledge of APIs and integrations: Understand the technical challenges of connecting systems (desired) • Business acumen: Understand revenue models, competitive positioning and product strategy (desired) • Previous experience in technical triage or customer support (desired)
