📋 Description

• Edit the voice-over to ensure a natural flow • Craft high-quality video edits • Research and source fitting footage • Apply color grading and correction where required • Add sound design for key moments • Stylize and optimize assets to match the visual language of each production • Incorporate sources into the edit • Optional: contribute original music composition

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and the Creative Cloud suite • A strong sense of aesthetics and visual storytelling • Ability to work independently and reliably within a remote team • A genuine passion for documentary and educational content • Familiarity with fern, Simplicissimus, or similar documentary-led channels • Proficiency in German and English
