• ELEKS Project Management Office is looking for a Senior Project Manager in Poland and Croatia.
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in IT Project Management (preferably in application modernization or software development projects) • Proven experience in presales activities (proposals, RFPs, workshops, client-facing presentations) • Strong track record of successfully delivering fixed-price projects • German language - C1 or higher (spoken & written) • Business-level English • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
