📋 Description
• Configure ServiceNow’s Change Management and Release Management apps from the ground up for the POC • Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and the client’s CI/CD toolchain • Work directly with the client’s Release and Environment teams to shape the solution around their real workflows • Deliver a working POC with recommendations for a broader implementation roadmap • Apply ServiceNow best practices and coding/configuration standards to produce a high-quality, extensible solution
🎯 Requirements
• Solid hands-on ServiceNow configuration and integration experience • Strong experience with Change Management and/or Release Management modules • Exposure to Change Velocity and/or Digital Product Release apps is a strong plus • Proven experience building ServiceNow integrations with Jenkins, GitHub, and Azure DevOps • Experience with REST API integrations, webhooks, and workflow orchestration • Solid understanding of ServiceNow’s workflow engine and data model • Experience translating business workflows into platform configuration with client stakeholders • Comfortable in a fast-moving, build-from-scratch POC environment • Healthcare or other regulated-industry ServiceNow experience is a plus • Upper-Intermediate English
