📋 Description
• Planning, creating and maintaining content for the website, blog and landing pages • Developing an editorial calendar and consistent content structures • Translating complex topics (THG quota, e-mobility, funding/incentives) into clear, audience-appropriate content • Conducting keyword research and optimizing existing and new pages for content • Monitoring and adapting to developments in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) • Managing and growing social media channels (organic) • Developing channel-specific formats and visual language • Community interaction and monitoring of relevant channels • Developing content concepts and creative campaign ideas in close coordination with performance marketing • Creating briefs for creatives (copy, visuals, videos) — possibly including in-house production
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in independently creating content — both written and visual • Solid SEO knowledge and an instinct for how content performs organically • Confident handling of social media channels and their algorithms • Ability to think strategically and execute operationally • Very good German, written and spoken; precise, audience-appropriate writing style
