📋 Description

• Du entwickelst die Roadmap für unsere Plattform — priorisiert nach Business Impact • Du identifizierst Hebel für mehr Leads, bessere Conversion und höhere Kundenzufriedenheit • Du stellst sicher, dass das Kundenerlebnis im Mittelpunkt steht • Du arbeitest eng mit Sales, Marketing, Customer Support und Geschäftsführung zusammen • Du nutzt KPIs, Nutzerdaten und Marktanalysen als Grundlage für Priorisierung • Du koordinierst Frontend- und Backend-Entwickler, gibst klare Anforderungen vor und stellst Ergebnisqualität sicher • Du etablierst strukturierte Entwicklungsprozesse mit klaren Releases

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ Jahre Erfahrung in Product oder Tech • Erfahrung in schnell wachsenden digitalen Geschäftsmodellen • Produkte oder Plattformen aktiv skaliert • Klarer Fokus auf KPIs und Outcomes statt Features • Schnelle, pragmatische Umsetzung auch in unklaren Situationen • Fähigkeit, technische und nicht-technische Stakeholder auf einen Nenner zu bringen • Strukturierte, ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise • Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden und Entwicklungsteams • Starke Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch
