📋 Description

• Build and deliver personalized, story-driven demos that align with each prospect’s goals, data, and institutional challenges. • Partner with Account Executives to shape demo strategies that highlight value, differentiation, and real-world outcomes. • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with non-technical stakeholders. • Serve as the face of Element451 during presentations - bringing energy, clarity, and creativity to every engagement. • Scope, configure, and deliver hands-on time boxed POCs that validate Element451’s impact through AI-driven automation and engagement. • Build and train AI agents, prompt workflows, and knowledge bases that demonstrate proactive and personalized student interactions. • Define and track success metrics (conversion rate, cycle time, engagement) to measure and refine POC performance. • Ensure data security, FERPA compliance, and accessibility standards throughout each engagement. • Collaborate with Product and Implementation teams to ensure demo environments reflect the latest capabilities and integrations. • Identify opportunities to innovate — creating reusable demo assets, AI-driven showcases, and new storytelling approaches. • Capture feedback and learnings from every demo and POC to inform future iterations. • Stay current on AI, CRM, and higher-ed engagement trends to continuously elevate the quality and creativity of your work. • Act as an internal champion for AI fluency, sharing best practices and insights with peers and teammates.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting (SaaS experience required; higher-ed tech preferred). • Proven experience delivering impactful demos or POCs that drive engagement and conversion. • Strong understanding of CRM systems, APIs, data integration, and no-code/low-code tools. • Experience designing or optimizing AI agents, prompts, or knowledge bases for real-world applications. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills — able to simplify complexity and inspire confidence. • Creative problem solver who enjoys exploring new ideas and technologies. • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
