📋 Description

• Analyze performance, develop forecasting models, and provide strategic insights that support growth across our SDA, Disability Services, Community Care, and NDIS businesses. • Work closely with senior leadership to drive informed decision-making and business performance. • Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models using advanced Excel capabilities, including forecasting models, three-way financial models, cash flow projections, and discounted cash flow (DCF) valuations. • Prepare accurate financial reports, month-end analyses, and management dashboards. • Translate complex financial data into clear insights and recommendations. • Create professional PowerPoint presentations, board packs, and reporting materials.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a senior, lead or a managerial role. • Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling, PivotTables, complex formulas, and large data analysis. • Hands-on experience using Xero, and the Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong communication skills: fluent written and oral English, with the ability to present financial information effectively to stakeholders. • Strong Internet Connection: stable fiber connectivity with a minimum bandwidth of 50 Mbps. • Hands-on experience in Fathom HQ is an added advantage. • Previous work experience with AU Clients is an added advantage. • Previous work in feasibility studies and business acquisition and valuations.
