📋 Description

• Scale the HR function to support company growth from ~150 to 250 people. • Lead the recruitment function, including the most complex and sensitive hires. • Design and manage compensation, benefits, and HR policies. • Own HR operations end-to-end — onboarding, documentation, processes, and compliance. • Set HR strategy and org design as the business grows. • Build the analytics and reporting needed to guide people decisions. • Advise leadership on people strategy, structure, and risk.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience leading an HR function end-to-end, ideally through a period of active scaling. • Strong background in recruitment, with a track record of personally closing complex or senior hires. • Experience designing compensation, benefits, and HR policy. • Fluent in English and Russian, spoken and written. • Strong communication skills and good judgment with confidential information. • Self-directed and comfortable working remotely.
