• Own the full SEO program for a portfolio of BH treatment center clients, technical audits, site architecture, CWV remediation, schema, internal linking, content strategy, and white-hat link acquisition. • Build and maintain client roadmaps in ClickUp with clear deliverables, owners, and timelines; QA your own work before it leaves your desk. • Run Local SEO and Google Business Profile programs for multi-location treatment center brands, map pack rankings, review strategy, citation accuracy via Yext, and location page optimization. • Translate SEO performance into business outcomes using GA4, GSC, Agency Analytics, and Call Tracking Metrics, reporting on Leads/Calls, SQOs, and New Client conversions, not just traffic and impressions. • Develop and execute content strategies that target high-intent queries across the BH admissions funnel, from awareness through inquiry, in collaboration with the Content team. • Diagnose technical debt and proactively flag algorithm risks before they surface as performance dips; adapt playbooks within days of confirmed core updates. • Present findings and recommendations in writing that a treatment center operator can act on, clear, specific, and free of SEO jargon. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Web, Tracking, Paid Media, and CSMs to align organic strategy with the full growth program.
• 3+ years in SEO at a digital agency or in-house, owning U.S. SMB/mid-market accounts with demonstrated, measurable results, organic sessions, keyword visibility, and conversion growth you can speak to • Full-stack SEO capability: technical audits, on-page, content strategy, off-page/link acquisition, and Local SEO/GBP for multi-location brands • Fluency in GA4, GSC, Semrush or Ahrefs, Yext, and Agency Analytics or equivalent reporting platform, not just familiarity • Experience measuring SEO impact via Call Tracking Metrics or equivalent call tracking tools, tied to lead quantity and quality reporting • Agency experience in performance-driven verticals (Legal, SaaS, Healthcare, or similar) where the funnel is tracked from click to close • ClickUp or equivalent project management tool used daily, immaculate documentation, on-time deliverables, and tight roadmaps • A commercial mindset: you think in Leads/Calls → SQOs → New Clients, not sessions and impressions.
