📋 Description

• Conduct 100 outbound calls per day • Work provided leads while also prospecting and generating new leads independently • Manage the entire sales cycle : • Prospecting and qualifying accounts • Product presentation and pricing discussions • Negotiation and objection handling • Closing sales and taking orders end-to-end • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail decision-makers • Accurately document activities, opportunities, and orders in the CRM • Meet or exceed daily call targets, sales goals, and revenue KPIs • Stay knowledgeable about product offerings, promotions, and pricing • Collaborate with internal teams as needed to ensure smooth order fulfillment

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or inside sales • Experience selling to retail, convenience stores, gas stations, or small businesses preferred • Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling • Strong negotiation, closing, and objection-handling skills • Ability to manage multiple deals and follow-ups simultaneously • Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven • Strong communication skills (clear, confident, and persuasive) • Basic CRM proficiency and comfort with sales tools • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you. • Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
