📋 Description

• Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality front-end and back-end components of our SaaS CRM platform using modern technologies such as React, Node.js, and MongoDB. • System Architecture: Contribute to the architectural design of the CRM system to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance. • API Development: Design and implement RESTful APIs to enable seamless integration between different modules and external services. • Collaborative Development: Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality features. • Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. • Testing & Debugging: Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure the stability and reliability of the CRM platform. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the entire stack. • Performance Optimization: Analyze system performance and implement optimizations to improve application speed, responsiveness, and user experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-stack development, with a focus on SaaS and CRM applications. • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. • Strong back-end experience with Node.js, Express, and databases like MongoDB or PostgreSQL. • Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development. • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. • Experience with version control systems like Git. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. • Nice-to-Have: Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho. • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. • Experience with microservices architecture.
