Research Lab. Exploring new frontiers of voice generation. We are researching and deploying novel methods in voice AI to make content enjoyable in any language and voice to benefit new audiences and viewers.

📋 Description

• Create, refine, and iterate on custom voices for ElevenLabs customer using different techniques • Clean, edit, and prepare customer audio to ensure optimal cloning and generation quality • Provide hands-on training and technical guidance on ElevenLabs tools and best practices • Work on Audio Quality rated labeling projects

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years experience in audio engineering, sound design, mixing/mastering, or related fields • Experience working directly with clients, creative teams, or technical stakeholders • Strong proficiency with DAWs (e.g., Pro Tools, Reaper, Logic, Ableton) • Deep intuition for voice characteristics, timbre, clarity, and performance nuance • Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into clear audio and voice-design solutions • Strong organizational discipline for operating within a time-based service model
