📋 Description

• Meet with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and identify pain points in customer-facing and operational workflows • Own flagship deals end-to-end, from identifying use cases through commercial structuring and closing • Embed with strategic customers, act as a trusted partner, and own delivery outcomes • Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to implement them • Guide customers on product deployment best practices, including agent design, orchestration, production readiness, adoption, and impact • Scope applications in new industries and expand AI solutions across sectors globally • Present project results and future-work proposals to technical teams and C-suite executives • Collaborate with Research teams to feed field insights into the platform, models, and roadmap • Build and deliver demos of ElevenAgents and broader AI technology • Collaborate with customer engineering and executive teams to bring agents to production and deliver measurable business outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity; direct enterprise customer experience preferred • Experience in product development, delivery, and change management • Commercial instinct and comfort with deal conversations, value propositions, and enterprise sales cycles • Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Proven ownership of complex, ambiguous projects and delivery of results • Adaptability across customer environments, industries, and technical use cases • Technical aptitude and familiarity with common LLM, tooling, and AI agent frameworks • Ability to map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems • Required application materials include a resume, GitHub profile link, and LinkedIn profile link
