📋 Description

• Meet with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and identify pain points in customer-facing and operational workflows. • Own flagship deals end-to-end, including identifying use cases, structuring commercial terms, and driving deals to close. • Embed with strategic customers, act as a trusted partner, spend meaningful time onsite, and own delivery outcomes. • Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to implement them. • Guide customers on deploying ElevenAgents, including agent design, orchestration, and production readiness. • Scope applications in new industries and expand AI solutions across sectors globally. • Present work results and future-work proposals to technical teams and C-suite executives. • Collaborate with Research teams to feed field insights into the platform and models and help shape the roadmap. • Build and deliver demos of ElevenAgents and broader AI technology. • Collaborate with customers' engineering and executive teams to achieve production deployment and measurable business outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity; direct enterprise customer experience preferred • Experience in product development, delivery, and change management • Commercial instinct and comfort with deal conversations, value propositions, and enterprise sales cycles • Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Proven track record of owning complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results • Adaptability across customer environments, industries, and technical use cases • Technical aptitude and familiarity with common LLM, tooling, and AI agent frameworks • Ability to map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems • Required application materials include a resume, Github profile link, and LinkedIn profile link
