📋 Description
• Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process • Work directly with technical contacts at customers and prospective customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions • Craft technical demonstrations that communicate the product's value proposition • Create technical enablement resources to improve the sales team's effectiveness and technical fluency • Build self-service tools and documentation that help customers implement solutions independently • Identify common integration patterns or features to productize and collaborate with product teams to implement them
🎯 Requirements
• Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products • Enjoyment of working directly with customers, iterating on solutions, and providing tailored support • Ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled • Strong empathy for customers, sales, and product teams • Strong technical background for architecting integrations with customers' existing solutions • Experience working with customers, including through student clubs or side projects • Proficiency in Python • Deep understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns • Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt messaging to different audiences
