📋 Description

• Drive the success of Productions for one or multiple language teams • Onboard and train linguists and audio professionals (Producers) to use the ElevenLabs platform • Build quality control and monitoring systems to ensure dubs, audiobooks, and other content sound natural and professional-grade • Collaborate with Productions product and engineering teams to optimize tools and production processes • Manage projects such as dubbing for creators, audiobook production, voice creation, sound design, and other audio engineering services

🎯 Requirements

• No formal experience, certifications, or degrees required • Native speaker of or native-level knowledge of French, Spanish, German, Russian, Turkish, Arabic, Japanese, Korean, or Mandarin • Experience building and/or running a production team inside a language service provider (LSP), localization agency, media company, or similar for transcripts, translations, dubs, or audiobooks • Strong attention to detail in the candidate's native language • Comfortable giving feedback and maintaining a high bar for quality • Bonus: Familiarity with the ElevenLabs platform (transcript editor, Studio, dubbing products) • Bonus: Native-level abilities in multiple non-English languages
