📋 Description

• The Senior Sales Director, EMEA will be a key member of the regional leadership team and will be responsible for defining and driving the overarching commercial strategy across the EMEA region for all e.l.f. Beauty brands. • This individual will lead high-impact initiatives to accelerate market share, profitability, and retail performance while strengthening strategic relationships with key retailers. • This role will manage a senior sales team across multiple markets and collaborate cross-functionally with global counterparts in New York and Oakland to deliver strong commercial outcomes and long-term growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualification preferred. • Minimum 10–12 years of progressive sales/commercial leadership in the beauty or FMCG industry, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role. • Proven track record of managing multi-market retail strategy across the EMEA region. • Deep network and strong relationships with key EU and UK retailers in both mass and prestige channels. • Fluency in English required. • Strong financial acumen with direct experience managing complex P&Ls. • Inspirational leader with a track record of building high-performing teams and cultivating future leaders. • Highly collaborative with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach. • Willing and able to travel extensively across the EMEA region.
