• Lead EDI strategy, design, upgrades, and implementation activities • Manage Trading Partner setups and coordinate end-to-end onboarding • Work directly with global customers, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution • Support and enhance existing EDI transactions and manage new requests • Collaborate with internal IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration • Contribute to planned IBM Sterling upgrade activities
🎯 Requirements
• Strong, hands-on experience in IBM Sterling • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience coordinating with customers directly • Knowledge of Oracle EBS is preferred
