📋 Description
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique business needs and challenges. • Lead client workshops and requirements gathering sessions to define project scope and objectives. • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for o9's platform configuration and customization. • Provide expert guidance and recommendations on industry best. • Configure and implement o9's Supply Planning, Demand Planning, MEIO, IBP, S&OP etc reference product models or customized solutions as per client request. • Develop and execute test plans to ensure solution quality and alignment with client requirements. • Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams, empowering them to effectively utilize the o9 platform.
🎯 Requirements
• 1+ years of experience in merchandising, financial planning, or demand planning or supply planning related fields within the retail or consumer goods industry. • Deep understanding of retail planning processes, challenges, and best practices.
