📋 Description

• Help solve complex business issues from strategy through execution • Mentor junior team members • Conduct KSS and lessons learned sessions • Review ticket quality and deliverables • Provide project status reporting • Review own and others’ work for quality, accuracy, and relevance • Lead client engagements • Manage workstreams and collaborate across teams • Contribute to cross-competency work and COE activities • Perform escalation and risk management • Work flexibly on stretch opportunities and assignments • Uphold the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in ABAP 7.4 or newer coding standards • Experience in S/4 HANA ODATA • Advanced programming skills • Proven track record as an SME in the chosen domain • Ability to develop client POCs/POVs for integrating or increasing adoption of emerging technologies such as Blockchain and AI with associated product platforms • Experience with incident management, change management, and problem management • Experience adhering to SLAs • At least 1 implementation experience • Ability to work with clients directly and lead engagements • Ability to work in a team environment involving client interactions, workstream management, and cross-team collaboration • Ability to perform escalation and risk management
