📋 Description

• Provide SAP GTS support as part of PwC's Managed Services / Application Evolution Services team • Monitor integration between S/4 and GTS for master data and transactions • Monitor third-party interfaces for classification, country of origin, and preference data • Assist the business with HTS and ECCN classification • Review compliance screening results and help release SPL, Embargo, and Legal Control blocks • Monitor export declaration data flows and outputs generated from GTS • Monitor broker interfaces for import replication and validate S/4-to-GTS-to-broker data flows with the middleware team • Collaborate with ABAP developers, SAP Basis, integration teams, and external service providers to resolve incidents • Investigate and resolve production issues with business users and technical teams • Contribute to cross-competency and COE activities, client engagements, enhancements, optimization, help desk support, and strategic roadmap/advisory work

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of SAP DRC experience • Hands-on knowledge of SAP GTS, including Compliance and Customs modules • Experience monitoring integration between S/4 and GTS for business partner master data, product master data, and transactions • Experience monitoring interfaces with third-party providers for classification, country of origin, and preference data • Experience assisting with HTS and ECCN classification • Experience reviewing compliance screening results and releasing compliance blocks related to SPL, Embargo, and Legal Control • Experience monitoring S/4-to-GTS data flows for export declarations and GTS outputs • Experience monitoring broker interfaces for import replication and validating data flows from S/4 to GTS and brokers • Experience working with ABAP developers, SAP Basis, integration teams, and external service providers to resolve incidents • Ability to work independently with business users and technical teams to investigate and resolve production issues • Ability to collaborate effectively, analyze data responsibly, follow compliance procedures, communicate clearly, and work in a team environment
