📋 Description
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, HR teams, functional consultants, technical teams, and third-party vendors. • Lead design workshops to map client HR needs to the SAP SuccessFactors framework. • Build and configure HR modules like Recruiting, Learning (LMS), or Compensation. • Create test scenarios and ensure the system functions correctly before the go-live phase. • Manage day-to-day operations, including role-based permissions, data audits, and user access. • Test and enable new features during bi-annual system releases. • Act as the primary liaison between internal HR stakeholders and external tech support.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years in SF EC Functional Consultant of Success Factor EC Module having fair understanding with other SF modules such as Recruitment, Learning and PM/GM etc. • 5+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4+ years in SAP SuccessFactors in Employee Central EC Module. • SAP SuccessFactors Certification(s) is mandatory requirements. • Strong understanding of Activate, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies. • Industry experience in FMCG and/or refinery is a strong advantage.
