📋 Description
• Customer support on social media platforms; • Development of a professional approach to interacting with customers and providing service; • Development of copywriting techniques for social media; • Preparation to handle the routine of a digital intelligence agency and crisis situations; • Preparation of strategic reports.
🎯 Requirements
• This position is exclusive to people with disabilities (PWD); applicants must have a CID (medical diagnosis code) that falls under Law No. 8.213/91, which defines Persons with Disabilities, and an up-to-date medical report; • Students from the 2nd to 6th semester enrolled in Administration, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, or related communication fields; • Availability to intern 6 hours per day; • Reliable home office setup.
